COURSE CONTENT
Typically, these weekly classes run for 8-10 weeks and guests can join in at any stage during the schedule. Each class is dedicated to either a specific grape variety, a region, or a common theme. Each class is also accompanied by a light meal of cheese, salami and pate and give an added element of food and wine pairing.
COURSE FEE: €30.00 per evening to include all wines and a light meal of cheese, salami & pâté. Monday 27th February, €35.00 per person. Early booking advisable.
